Deb Antney is the founder of Atlanta's Mizay Entertainment (home of Gucci Mane and OJ Da Juiceman) and the mother of Waka Flocka Flame. The real reason that Nicki backed out of Rihanna's "Last Girl on Earth" tour is because her manager failed to get her an international work permit and they take along time to obtain. In order to perform out of country she would need one. But, I am not so sure that this is 100% true because I thought that the tour was in the US, but I might be wrong. More details to come.
