Christian Siriano's talon-like heels for Payless caused an uproar at NYC catwalk this past September. The shoes resemble Alexander McQueen's colossal SS10 shoes (Siriano's debuted a month prior). I am sure they are going to fly off the shelves. They are going for about $80.00.
