After a four year adoption process actress Sandra Bullock dishes to People magazine that she adopted a baby boy from New Orleans in January. She chose the name Louis Bardo Bullock because she heard "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong playing in her head. She will be finializing the adoption as a single parent. Sandra filed for divorce from Jesses James last Friday.
