Beyonce was spotted leaving Hiro Ballroom at the Maritime Hotel in the “Lower Chelsea” area of New York City following the 9th Annual Spring Fling Party. I am really loving the her whole look. No need to comment on the tat because I am sure it is fake. She probably just did it to spark conversation or as a fashion statement. None the less, she looks Fab! I am sooo not much of a Beyonce fan, but I give props where props is due. Work it!
