Sources are saying that after nearly 40 years that the magazine is in danger of folding. Last November a substantial amount of employees were laid off or let go. Beauty director Mikki Taylor is retiring and beauty editor Pamela Edwards Christiani is now employed at PEOPLE; and the entire Fashion Team was let go on Thursday. Giant magazine folded last year due to economic hardship.
