Angela Simmons and Rob Kardashian spotted out getting Manis and Pedis at LA Nail 2000 in Beverly Hills. Last month there was a rumor that the two were an item but she denied it on twitter. There may be some chemisty there, but I think that they are really good friends. I wonder how Bow Wow feels about this?...lol
